About Me

I LOVE nutrition, fitness and working out with weights.  I am skilled in designing an exercise program to best help women achieve their goals and help them achieve their desired results. I am prepared to address healthy eating patterns, field questions about fad or trending diets, and can offer supplement advice.  I empower women to have the confidence to make nutrition decisions that will effectively fuel their bodies. 


I am passionate about what I do because of all the mistakes that I have made throughout the years with food and exercising.  I now believe in staying consistent with simple healthy habits such as step goals, drinking water, logging your food and weighing yourself daily will help you with your fitness  goals and will be your forever diet.
